ASADEC — Action for Community Development is a national Mozambican non-profit organization, headquartered in the 22nd Neighborhood, Beira, Sofala Province. It has operated since 1999 in promoting social protection, humanitarian response, and inclusive education for vulnerable communities across Mozambique.
The asadec.org website serves as an institutional platform for communication, information about programs, donation collection, and interaction with partners, donors, and the general public.

3.1. Permitted use

5. Donations
Donations made through the ASADEC website fund the organization's programs and activities for the benefit of the vulnerable communities we support.
5.1. Accepted channels
- Bank transfer to institutional account (Standard Bank).
- Mobile payments (M-Pesa and e-Mola, within Mozambique).
- Institutional and international donations by direct contact.
- In-kind donations (goods, services, vehicles) subject to prior review.
5.2. Receipts and confirmations
After confirmation of the donation, the donor may request a formal receipt by sending the transfer confirmation to info@asadec.org. Receipts are issued within a maximum of 5 business days.
5.3. Use of funds
Funds raised are applied in full accordance with ASADEC's institutional mission and the distribution outlined on the donation page (programs, operations, and monitoring). ASADEC reserves the right to allocate unrestricted donations to specific programs according to institutional priorities.
5.4. Irrevocability
Donations made are considered irrevocable after confirmation of receipt, except in cases of proven error or fraud, in which case the donor should contact us immediately.
6. User Content
By submitting messages, comments, or any content through our site's forms, the user:
- Warrants that the content is true, accurate, and does not infringe third-party rights.
- Grants ASADEC permission to process this data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
