How we work

Cross-cutting principles applied across all our focus areas.

Community Participation

Communities are protagonists at every stage: identifying needs, planning, execution, and evaluation.

Strategic Partnerships

We work in networks with government, national and international NGOs, community leaders, and the private sector.

Monitoring & Evaluation

Every program has clear methodology for ongoing monitoring and impact evaluation with measurable metrics.

Sustainability

Every intervention is designed to leave installed capacity in communities — promoting long-term autonomy.
